ReplyDeleteI do ZERO for the Super Bowl because I don't do football and my TG a few years ago turned his back on the NFL for good and forever, BUT WOW these are some awesome recipes! ReplyDeleteThe pineapple salsa is very similar to a mango corn salsa that is a standard dish for summer meals. I love the presentation of the pineapple salsa in the pineapple. Also, the caprese is gorgeous. Love that dish.

ReplyDeleteEverything looks so healthy and delicious, but that pineapple salsa is really calling my name. I haven’t had that in years, but I remember really liking it. I had served it on top of salmon and it was wonderful.
