Hoping your holidays will be filled with blessings of joy, peace, love, friends, and family!
Recipes below
Christmas Salad Slaw (link to recipe) with kale and radicchio. It's delicious, healthy, and colorful!
Roasted Chestnuts Mushroom Soup (link to recipe)
This is one of my favorites. It uses jarred chestnuts and makes a rich nutty flavored soup.
Baked eggnog donuts (GF) (link to recipe)- So good!! If you have a donut pan, these are really easy to make and are baked not fried but taste fabulous.
All three recipes are gluten-free. The first two are vegan, the donuts do contain eggs, but you could use egg replacer. It is a recipe from many years ago when I still used eggs (I am now vegan)
Hope the holidays bring many blessings your way! Take care!
