Much of the population love to eat fish, however our oceans are being OVER-FISHED and soon we will have to deal with shortages and even running out of fish!!
That means fish will continue to become more and more expensive, even if you can get it. AND....there is another problem

Fish may also contain mercury, micro-plastic residues, and many other toxins (even wild caught) that may not really healthy for us or our kids.
Solution:
A tiny group of scientists in Israel are coming up with a plant-based fish which looks and tastes (so they say) like salmon and its INCREDBLE. It is called Plant-ish-

Is this product gluten-free ? - I haven't seen the ingredient's yet but it says it's made from pea protein and tastes and looks like the real deal. I will continue to look for the ingredients and update.
