Salads are a perfect side for a Memorial Day or party or BBQ.
These gluten-free favorites are sure to please guests who want to eat light,  healthy, gluten-free, vegan/ vegetarian or just love salads!. I've rounded up some of my most popular posts that are fast, easy, and delicious still in time to make for the holiday or anytime!

My favorites are the Kale and blueberry with orange dressing and the vegan caprese avocado salad.

  1. Judee, what a great variety of salads. These salads are perfect for spring and summer weather. I love to use as many fresh greens and vegetables as I can every day. Great choices!! These are great to bring to a bbq as well. Thanks for the post.

    1. I love corn season and being able to cut the raw corn off the cob and adding it to salads. It is crunchy and delicious.

  5. That avocado Caprese salad is gorgeous. I'd eat any of them, excpet the kale...don't like kale, but the others are wonderful!
