Can you believe that everything on this plate is vegan?
You can enjoy a black bean Portobello burger, some crunchy jicama sticks, and cauliflower tabbouleh
- Black bean Portabello burgers are so delicious, you won't even miss the meat,
- jicama sticks are crunchy and juicy ( and low calorie) , and
- cauliflower cous cous tabbouleh is a great summer side dish!
- Meatless Clean eating at it's best!
I made black bean and Portabella burgers on a gluten free bun ( topped with easy to make homemade Guacamole) , cauliflower tabbouleh , Jicama sticks with guacamole and humus, Quinoa, sliced tomatoes with cumin. Condiments of sliced red onion, cucumbers, and carrots for dipping into humus. You could add my Beet and orange salad for variety too.
