It is the fastest way ever to peel an entire bulb of garlic in less than a minutel they say 10 seconds
I was so fascinated after seeing it demonstrated on the The Kitchn, I had to try it.
Incredible
WELL, I tried it and it worked.
The entire bulb was all peeled in less than a minute!!!
This method comes in very handy for recipes that call for a lot of garlic

OK. Hubs n I just watched that vid over there......and we can't wait to try - we are skeptical...he is Italian so we use a LOT of garlic every week.....won't be long..but tonight was comfort food beef stew night, so perhaps tomorrow....
