I have been blogging for exactly a year.
I publish a weekly recipe with my focus on tasty healthy food that is both vegetarian/vegan and gluten free. My blog features quick and easy recipes that taste great and are good for you. I offer ideas for entrees, snacks, soups, side dishes, crock pot cooking, and healthy nutrition tips. I have a background in nutrition and teaching, and I love to cook.
In addition to my blog, I have an archive of health articles that have been published in my newsletters.
