I saw this little tidbit in a newsletter that we recently received from our Condo Association. I thought it was worth sharing.
Laziness kills ambition
Anger kills wisdom
Fear kills dreams
Ego kills growth
Jealousy kills peace
Doubt kills confidence
Now read it again right to left

ReplyDeleteI could possibly buy into some of them but certainly not the second one. When I think of all the people with profound wisdom who have been consigned to gas chambers and gulags and other heinous places, my own wisdom certainly would not override my anger. Anger at injustice is not an unhealthy reaction. I am not sure either that the misplaced ambition of Donald Trump to annex other territories, impose his will, displace all the residents of Gaza does anything but initiate fear, not kill it.
